Property Management Transition & Payment Instructions - Update - WestStone HOA
Dear Homeowners,
The Board of Directors is excited to announce that we have selected Town and Country Property Management as our new Property Management Company. Our new Community Association Manager is Gwen Miller. Gwen can be reached via email at gmiller@tcgrd.com or via phone at (864) 688-2922. Gwen is based out of Town and Country’s Simpsonville office, located at 215 North Main Street Suite 2-A.
As a reminder, Hinson Management will not accept any payments after April 2. You can either make April’s payment to Hinson Management before April 2, or to Town and Country on or after April 1.
Several important items are being mailed to all Lot Owners on file. Please review and return the required information as soon as possible.
Contact Information Sheet: Please fill out the HOA Contact Sheet as soon as possible and submit to Town and Country using one of the following options:

Making HOA Payments to Town and Country
Paying Online: Town and Country uses “Appfolio,” an online resource to make payments securely online. Once you submit the HOA Contact Sheet, Town and Country will email you an access link to create your online account.
Paying by Mail/Automatic Bill Payments: Check payments should be made out to “WestStone Townhomes HOA.” Do not mail cash. Include your property address on the check. Automatic bill payments may be set up through your bank. Mail to any of the following addresses:

***IMPORTANT PAYMENT PROCESSING CENTER NOTE: If you mail a payment to the Payment Processing Center, Town and Country will first need to issue you a Personal Lockbox Number. This number should be included on the check. It informs the bank which property to post the payment to. Town and Country will issue Personal Lockbox Numbers upon request.
A copy of WestStone’s updated Collections Policy is also included in the mailing.

Notice of Property Management Transition & Payment Instructions – WestStone HOA
Dear Homeowners,
The Board of Directors would like to share an important update regarding the management of the WestStone Townhomes Homeowners Association.
Over the past several months, the Board has been evaluating property management options to ensure the Association continues to receive the level of service and partnership our community deserves.
Beginning April 6, our management agreement with Hinson Management will end. While this timeline is sooner than originally anticipated, it aligns with the Board's ongoing efforts to transition the Association to a management company that is better suited to support WestStone moving forward.
March and April HOA assessment payments should still be submitted to Hinson Management; however, Hinson will not accept any payments submitted after April 2. If your payment is submitted after April 2, it will be returned to you.
If you currently have automatic payments scheduled through Hinson, please take a moment to pause or cancel any payments after April 2 to avoid duplicate or misdirected payments during the transition. Regular HOA assessments will continue as scheduled, and updated payment instructions will be provided soon to ensure payments are directed appropriately.
If you have paid your account balance in advance, thank you! No action is needed from you at this time. All prepaid balances will automatically transfer to the new management company.
The Board is currently finalizing arrangements with a new property management company that we believe will be a strong long-term partner for the Association. We are confident this transition will position WestStone for continued stability and improved support for homeowners.
Once the transition is complete, we will promptly provide additional information, including:
The name and contact information of the new management company
Updated instructions for submitting assessment payments
Details regarding homeowner account access or payment portals
Please rest assured that homeowner account balances and Association records will be transferred as part of this process, and the Board’s priority is maintaining continuity and minimizing disruption during the transition.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation while we finalize the details and will share additional updates as soon as they become available.
