Collections Policy

The WestStone Townhomes Homeowners Association has a responsibility to provide certain services to members of the Association as outlined in our Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, and Easements. The Association’s ability to provide these services depends on all Lot Owners complying with their obligation to pay monthly assessments promptly. To ensure compliance, the Board of Directors has adopted the following fair, equitable, and consistent collections policy. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all Lot Owners understand the Association’s collections procedures and their financial obligations to the community.
