Fine Policy

Any violation of the rules, regulations, covenants, or restrictions are subject to the following fine policy. While every effort is made to ensure warnings and fines are issued correctly, mistakes may happen. Please contact us if you believe you have received a warning or a fine in error.

First Violation: Warning

A warning letter will be issued to the lot owner indicating the nature of the violation and a request to correct the violation within 7 business days of mailing.

Second Violation: $50 Fine

A $50 fine will be issued if a violation is not corrected within 7 business days of mailing the warning. A second letter will be issued indicating the nature of the violation and the details of the fine.

Third and Subsequent Violations: $100 Fine

A $100 fine will be issued if a violation is not corrected within 7 business days of mailing the second violation. This fine may repeat every 7 business days until the violation is corrected. Additional violations may lead to the account being turned over to the HOA attorney. In this instance, all attorney fees will be charged to the lot owner's account.
