Monthly assessments for the 2026 fiscal year are $130 per month and are due on day 1 of each month.
Payments are submitted to WestStone's Property Manager, Town and Country Property Management.
Payments can be submitted online, in-person, or via mail.
Town and Country must have your email address on file to activate your Appfolio account.
If you need to be issued an account, please email simpsonvillefrontdesk@tcgrd.com with your contact and property information.
Alternatively, payments can be made in person at the Town and Country Management office located at 215 North Main Street, Suite 2-A, Simpsonville, SC 29681. An outside drop-box is available.

Checks should be made payable to "WestStone Townhomes Homeowners Association." Do not mail cash. Include your property address on the check.
*NOTE: Your Personal Lockbox Number must be included with any payments submitted to the Payment Processing Center.
Town and Country will issue your Personal Lockbox Number on request. This number is not required for payments sent to their office locations.

Monthly assessments are due on day 1 of each month.
Accounts are "delinquent" and "past-due" if any assessment is not paid within 30 days of the due date. Late payment fees will apply.
The Association understands that financial hardships can occur. Lot Owners experiencing temporary financial difficulty are encouraged to contact the Association or the Association’s Property Manager as soon as possible to discuss potential payment arrangements before the account becomes seriously delinquent or legal action becomes necessary.
