Keep up-to-date on what the Board is working on for the neighborhood!
Beginning the last week of April (exact dates TBD), WestStone HOA will provide road maintenance to all streets and parking lots in the neighborhood. Cracks will be sealed, the roads will be sealcoated, and 6 asphalt speed bumps will be installed. Banks and Sons Asphalt LLC will complete the project. Sealcoating provides a fresh, protective top layer to ensure longetivity.
This project will take approximately 3 days to complete. Work will be completed one side of the street at a time to allow residents to come and go from the neighborhood. However, vehicles cannot drive on the sealcoat for 16 hours after application. After the application, half of the street will be blocked off while the sealcoating cures. Because of that, residents will not have access to their driveways for at least 16 hours after the sealcoat is applied to their side of the street.
If you must use your vehicle during this time, please plan to park in one of the overflow parking lots, outside the neighborhood, or share driveways with a neighbor whose side of the road is available (with their permission). Please avoid walking, biking, or allowing pets on freshly sealed surfaces during the 16-hour curing period.
We will share the exact work schedule approximately one week before the project begins. Because the work is weather-dependent, exact dates are not yet finalized.
Please contact us via email if you have questions or require special accommodations. We appreciate your cooperation and flexibility as we complete these important improvements to our community.
