UPCOMING TERMITE INSPECTIONS
Annual HOA-provided termite inspections are taking place on Monday, September 21 and Tuesday, September 22.
Palmetto Exterminators will be in the neighborhood on these two days to inspect all home exteriors for signs of termites. Please keep your backyard accessible during this time. Contractors will need access to the entire exterior perimeter of the homes.
Interior inspections are available optionally. Contact Palmetto Exterminators to request an interior inspection on one of these two days. Call 864-233-3377 to request an interior inspection.

The annual community update and budget review meeting will be held on October 27 at 6:00PM.
Homeowners are encouraged to attend.

Road Maintenance
Road Maintenance
Road maintenance was completed in April! All roads and parking lots in WestStone received necessary road maintenance. Cracks were sealed, a sealcoat was applied, parking lots were restriped, and 6 speed bumps were installed throughout the neighborhood. As of May 7, all road maintenance is complete.

On April 6, 2026, WestStone transitioned to a new property management company - Town and Country Community Association Management.
Our new Community Association Manager is Gwen Miller. Gwen can be reached via email at gmiller@tcgrd.com or via phone at (864) 688-2922. Gwen is based out of Town and Country’s Simpsonville office, located at 215 North Main Street Suite 2-A.
Please make sure you have submitted your updated contact information to Town and Country. All payments should be sent to their office.
